Hi all!
i've tried multiple times to make an account on Neopets yet whenever I go to the e-mail stage of the normal sign up procedure Neopets tells me "An fault has occured. Please try once again later." I've tried on unlike browsers, different computers, using unlike emails, i've cleared caches and tried everything google has told me to, in that location is no style i've been ip banned/frozen considering I haven't logged onto neopets for months/years and it's a really frustrating issue as one of my oldest accounts on neopets (that unfortunately the electronic mail and countersign for are long gone) are dated dorsum to long before 2008 (potentially to 06) and so I take been on this site for a long time, I never used to experience bug but it seems I accept hit a brick wall. I'll be actually grateful if anyone tin assistance me sort this issue, in this process I accept too tried to sign upwards using usernames that I love (and aren't taken) simply because I couldn't complete the sign upward process they won't become available again.
Please please help me :-(! I've been trying for months to sign upward :-(
Oh and I can't find a way to contact Neopets considering their ticket organisation requires you to exist signed up.....which i'm not considering I tin't and all the other contact addresses are related to abuse and parental consent.

It'south an error with Neopets; there's very little we tin can do about it.
Try different names and see see ifwhatever of them will work.

If there'south zilch that can be done, and you go on to accept this trouble, I would suggest just ownership an account.

I have this problem occasionally equally well and I hate it, since you have to enter so much information only to be told that there's an error. What's more you're never told the reason for the error -.-"
It happened to me when the username was likewise similar to the email address, or if the username had the altogether (or year) in it or information technology happened only because the registration sucks (i.e. randomly).

Make an account via Monkeyquest and and then caput over to Neopets. It works that way.

Some usernames are considered avaliable but can't be fabricated crusade they were purged in the recent purge. It'south a glitch. Attempt other usernames. Or as Nymh said, purchase an account. An anile shell is similar one-half an apple.

Non sure if i'chiliad being unreasonable by wondering why they oasis't stock-still information technology yet, i've seen people postal service about this issue since i/2 years ago ah

Hahh this is neo-TNT; if there's a bug which isn't related to NC content, they're not gonna intendance or touch it 
This glitch has been around for what, a twelvemonth or so heheh...

If you're making a new account then you don't take any pets.
If I recall correctly they brand you get a pet every bit presently every bit you lot sign up. if you don't pick a valid pet name it screws up sometimes.

If I remember correctly they brand you go a pet as soon as yous sign upwardly. if you don't pick a valid pet proper noun information technology screws upward sometimes.
Hmmm, It warns you earlier you go along if the pet proper noun is bachelor/immune.
I oasis't heard about it having anything to do with the glitch.

aw yeah :-( my email/username/altogether are all then unlike, just a shame it doesn't work anymore.
Make an account via Monkeyquest and then head over to Neopets. It works that way.

But log into Neo with the same info and off you go~

I've signed up to monkey quest but when I try to log into neopets with the same credentials information technology doesn't work, saying that the account doesn't exist :-( all the same information technology lets me log into this petpet park site? ahhhhh.
